Intense Cycles Launches new Trailbike -Looking for Name Suggestions!
Intense Cycles is exited to announce a brand new addition to their popular line of MTB frames. The new design is aimed at the growing trailbike market and will feature the next generation of the VPP suspension design. It will also incorporate a new lower bearing system with grease fittings to ease maintenance and prolong bearing life. The only thing missing right now is a name. Intense is asking for everyone’s input in naming the new ride. The contest will run online via the Intense website www.intensecycles.com. The winning submission will earn its owner, the first production version of the new frame, autographed by Jeff Steber.
On Sunday, May 18th 2008, the Austrian National Downhill Championships, the so called «Staatsmeisterschaften», were held at the Zauberberg Bikepark in the town of Semmering. The MS-Intense Factory-Racing team sent three of its riders into the race. Matti Lehikoinen and J.D. Swanguen started in the men’s elite category while Mio Suemasa challenged the best female riders.
