We left La Bresse France with some solid results, as Steve ended up in 15th position and Matti came back into the top 20 with a 19 place. After a trip of 1100 kilometers we arrived on Tuesday in La Massana for the 3rd gravity world cup round.

Because of the good weather on Tuesday we expect a nice race weekend with warm condition, but as usual for Andorra the weather changed 180°… rainstorm, minus degrees and snow in the night. Luckily the weather changed again and so we had a good trainings session today, where Matti was able to test a brand new frame and Steve point out with the 2nd fastest time in the timed trainings session with just 5 tens of a second behind Sam Hill.

 

After the Thursday 4 cross training was cancelled because of bad track conditions Filip and the rest of the 4X guild compete the 4X qualification with just a limited training. Nevertheless Filip was able to qualify 7th, which seems to be a good starting position for the 4X race on Saturday. He will compete against GUIJARRO and KIENER in his first heat which is heat number 11th on Saturday evening. Stay tuned for the race and follow the action on freecaster.tv.
