RACE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS LATEST PROJECTS

2026

For 2026, we continue to push performance development together with our engineering partner Hope Technology. Our focus lies on next-generation race components including brakes, hubs, wheels and specialized performance products designed to fine-tune our bikes to the absolute limit of downhill racing.

2025

In 2025, our development focus shifted toward the evolution of the Zerode G3 platform. At the same time, we started a strategic cooperation with Hope Technology to co-develop existing and future products in a close symbiotic partnership. Further suspension developments are already in progress.

2024

2024 was dedicated to deepening our expertise in gearbox and belt-drive systems, laying the foundation for the Intense gearbox race bike project together with Pinion and Gates Carbon Drive. Alongside this, we collaborated on the next evolution of rims with e*thirteen, focusing on compliance and reliability, while also contributing to the development of a new generation of downhill tires with Michelin Bicycle.

2023

In 2023, we co-developed the next generation downhill bike platform for Mondraker, combining race-proven kinematics with highly adjustable geometry and rider-focused performance tuning. During the same period, we also worked with e*thirteen on the development and testing of the Sidekick hub system to reduce pedal kickback and improve downhill race performance.

Across all projects, our approach remains the same: developing products under real World Cup racing conditions to maximize speed, control, reliability, and rider confidence at the highest level of downhill competition.
